Please be advised that Only recruitment agencies that are accredited and licensed by the POEA - Philippines Overseas Employment Administration, are allowed to send Filipino workers overseas. Workers not processed by a POEA licensed agency are more than likely to be denied exit at the airport causing a large cost to companies.

Client POEA Accreditation Documentation |

| The following documentation ALL needs to be sent to the client. The client needs to fill in and notarize all the documentation and then have it all authorised by the Philippine embassy or POLO are present within the clients country. If no embassy or polo then talk to the management if there are other ways in the Philippines. |

| Recruitment Agreement: This is an agreement between your company and Subnet stating terms to allow us to recruit OFW for you. |

| Manpower Request (Job Order): This is a request from your company to Subnet for a specific personnel, their job description, etc. |
|
| Special Power of Attorney: This gives us legal permission to issue employment contracts between your company and the OFW’s you hire before they leave the Philippines. |
|
| Polo POEA Accreditation Form: Polo POEA Accreditation Form. |
|
| Master Employment Contract: This is the master employment contract between your company and any OFW. |
|
| Your Company Registration. We can not supply this. The client will already have it. This is a notarised true copy of your company's registration as a business in your country. |
